Workout – Week 16

Today we mark the fourth month of training with Janka! Ladies, this is a third of a year, can you believe it? If you have been regularly exercising with us and watching your diet, you should notice significant differences in your curves and muscles by now. However, women who are “slim shaped” may even gain a kilo or two. This is completely normal since muscles are heavier than fat.
How are you holding up?

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
