Workout – Week 6

From week to week we are progressing as far as tightening our body goes. By now you should be looking forward to each workout, it should be an excitement rather than an obligation. By putting in true effort and excercising at least three times a week, you will surely be healthier and more satisfied by your appearance. So train with Janka again this week and leave us your impressions in the comments bellow!

For a full workout combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
