Workout – Week 5

Ladies, we hope that this gloomy weather did not dicourage you when it comes to working out! In order for the results of excercising to be visible and sustainable, workouts must be regular, otherwise there is no use in training. This is the reason why Janka has prepared a video tutorial for the fifth week in which she will take you a step further in your goal of obtaining the ideal figure with excercises for tightening muscles and melting unwanted fat deposits!

For a full workout combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
