Ladies, we have arrived to the fourth week of excercising with Janka! Cogradulations to all those that have been regularly following Janka’s instructions and working out accordingly, the results should by now be visible. Since the first month is over, Janka has prepared excercises which are a bit more challenging for this week because they include props. Join us and lets stay healthy together!
