Workout – Week 21

Ladies, since you have been training with Janka for some time now, we would like to know whether you have before and after pictures to compare the results? Sure people complement your lean body, but is that enough? Often we do not get enough satisfaction from people around us noticing the difference, but from seeing it ourselves. These photos motivate us to continue training and monitoring our progress from month to month.
