Workout – Week 18

What is the weight of your dumbbells? Do you train with dumbbells of 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg or perhaps 5kg? Women are often concerned that working out with weights will make them gain unwanted mass instead of tightening or defining their arms. Therefore, it is very important that you learn how to use weights before training with them. Ideally, you should start with 1 kg and in time, progress to exercising your arms three times a week with 3 kg dumbbells to get beautifully defined arms. Today we have reached the week 18 training with Janka and this week she will show us how to properly use arm weights. Follow her instructions and you will be happy with the results – we promise!

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
