Workout – Week 27

Ladies, do you pay attention to your daily protein intake when you exercise? If you train regularly, you should make sure you consume a sufficient dose of protein every day. The recommended dose depends on the weight of the individual thus amounts vary considerably for recreational and professional athletes. Exercise is very useful for the body because it initiates metabolic processes and provides our body with energy, essential for the functioning of cells. Although important, it is also considered exhausting, which is why we must recover the body after hard work. This is the role of proteins – they feed muscles, strengthen them, and help them prepare for the next exercise.

Together let’s start week twenty-seven with Janka, eating healthy! Increase your daily protein intake, reduce the amount of fat you consume and try exercising at least three times a week.

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
