Lately, many women ask me, “How can those six lines on my stomach become visible?”. The answer is simple – the first nutrition, then the training.
To have visible muscles of the abdominal wall or the so-called six-pack, you need to reduce body fat. How? Certainly not by repeatedly doing thousands and thousands of sit-ups, because as we already mentioned – fat does not burn locally.
Each of us will lose weight on a diet, but we cannot affect the place on the body from which the fat is burned first. However, it is well known that the loss of fat is best seen where there is least. Fat build-up on the stomach is mainly due to an irregular diet. The fat above the knee and above the upper arm is also due to poor nutrition, while the fat on the back and handles is genetically conditioned.
In our previous texts, we talked about macronutrients and how to distribute them … The moment we start with proper nutrition, it takes 3 weeks to see the changes. If we add intensive cardio training, after 4-6 weeks we will gradually become slimmer. In fact, it depends on the built and metabolism of an individual as to how fast they will achieve the six-pack they desire.
People often expect an unrealistic result. If we are talking about weight loss, the maximum lost within 4 weeks should not exceed 1.5kg. However, an elastic meter is the better indicator, so my advice is to use it to measure the broadest circumference of your waist, hips and thighs. The difference in the measurements will show how disciplined you are.
Also, take pictures and then track the progress – for example, every 5th of the month, in the same light, in the same underwear and from the same distance. This method will help you get a real visual insight into your progress “before and after”.
My second tip is to take a picture and then follow the progress. For example, every 5th of the month, in the same light, in the same garments and from the same distance. This method will help you get a real visual insight into your progress “before and after”.
Afterall, as with all the things in life which you begin with enthusiasm hoping for a positive result, you need to have perseverance and continuity. If your goal is to keep your abdomen visible during the summer – do not give up your intent until you get the six-pack.
Food and training make an inseparable connection when it comes to long-term results. So exercise with our certified fitness instructor Janka on our portal for the next 3 months. Finally, do not worry, you will not build huge muscles, but “just” build the subtle muscles which will eat away the fat.
