Workout – Week 19

Do you follow all of Janka’s instructions while working out? It is crucial that each and every exercise is done properly, because that is the only way to achieve the desired result. To activate and tighten the muscle or group of muscles intended, you need to carefully watch Janka’s every move. Without enough experience, any incorrect move can potentially cause an injury or tighten a group of muscles for which that exercise is not intended for. Therefore, if an exercise is too difficult, do a fewer number of repetitions, rather than exhaust yourself and do the exercise incorrectly.

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
