Workout – Week 17

Ladies, do you use props when working out with Janka or do you prefer training without them? Props are very useful because they make each excercise more difficult and, in turn, more effective. With the use of props, muscles endure more effort and therefore results are achieved faster for the desired part of the body. If you are a beginner, we suggest that you train during the first month without any props and gradually introduce them.
Today is the seventeenth week of training with Janka! In this video tutorial Janka will show us exercises for the legs and gluteus, using a latex band. Latex bands can be found in any better-equipped sports store, so do not make up excuses – work out and burn calories!

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
