Workout – Week 15

Ladies, are you ready for a challenge? Today Janka has prepared a workout which is a bit more tough and demanding, ideal for those who have been training with us regularly for the past three and a half months. Namely, this week’s training consists of exercises that have a great effect on body shaping, but at the same time require strength and endurance. So… give it a shot, test your capabilities, monitor your progress and remember, training will change you both mentally and physically, so do not give up.

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
