Workout – Week 12

How far have you come with working out with us? Are you still persistantly exercising or are you slowly returning to your routine activities now that September is near? Exercise is necessary not only for obtaining the body image you desire, but also for staying heathy and fit. Today is the end of our twelfth week of training, which slowly rounds off the three full months of fitness on our blog. Keep up the good work!

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
