Our experienced fitness instructor, Janka Budimir, begins this workout week with exercises adapted for both beginners and advanced trainers. Each exercise shown can be performed in an easier or more difficult way, so you can choose whether you are ready for a challenge or prefer maintaining the same rhythm of training. Therefore, if you are tired or not in the mood for working out, do not skip this week’s training, but simply reduce the number of repetitions and choose the easier way!
