Our recipe for homemade oatmeal with berries is delicious and if packed in a jar, perfect as an on-the-go snack as well. Instead of berries, homemade oatmeal can be combined with various fruits, herbs and seasonings to get the taste desired. Great combinations include apple-cinnamon, banana-almond-honey and vanilla-coconut. So, try this recipe and create your fav combo!
Ingredients
(2 servings)
– 1 cup oat flakes
– 2 cups almond milk
– 1-2 tbsp. honey
– 1 handful blueberries ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 3 pc. fresh strawberries ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine oat flakes with milk and cook until mixture thickens.
2. Remove from heat, set aside to cool and top with fresh fruit, honey and cinnamon.
