Cucumber and Baby Spinach Spread

Ingredients
– 150g sour cream
– 1 cucumber
– 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
– 1/3 red onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– 2 handfuls of baby spinach ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 2-3 branches fresh dill
– 1 tbsp. lemon juice
– salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions
1. In a food processor, combine onion, garlic, cucumber and baby spinach.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate in glass container.
