There are plenty of different ingredients that can be combined into a fabulous salad. However, all salads require some prep time, which is usually the reason most working women decide it is easier to grab a fast-food meal or order food to the office. Iceberg Salat Centar has simplified and shortened this procedure, so that the prep time for salads now takes a maximum of 15 minutes. We now longer need to wash, peel, grate or chop veggies, nor clean up the mess which this procedure involves. To make a salad, all we need to do is open a bag, pour the ingredients into a bowl and season with the dressing of choice.
Salads can be classified according to several criteria, one of the main is “type” – such as “meal” or “side dish”. Salad meals are completely fulfilling with a list of nutritious ingredients involving veggies, protein, carbs and healthy oils, while salad side dishes are normally refreshing, vitamin-packed bites usually made up of just veggies with a creamy dressing. Typically, the more ingredients in a salad, the richer the salad is and thus the healthier, right? Yes. If you use the right ingredients, the more you use, the better it will be.
This colorful salad with boiled eggs which we have prepared today makes a balanced meal which requires only 10 minutes prep time! We suggest you serve it with crispy toast. – 1 handful of grated carrots ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 1 handful of baby mix salad ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 7 olives
– 2 radishes
– 1 boiled egg
– 2 tsp. lemon juice
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– ¼ tsp. cumin
– ¼ tsp. coriander
– pinch of Himalayan salt
– pinch of ground black pepper
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the salad.
2. Mix wet and dry ingredients for the dressing in a cup and pour over salad.
