Raw Raspberry Cookies

Today is December 31, the last day in 2018 and people are already getting ready to make this night – a night to remember. Firecrackers can be heard at every corner, music is playing from homes since early this morning and fireworks are surely going to start as soon as dusk approaches. Everyone has some plan for New Year’s night, a dinner date with their partner, partying with friends or a quiet evening with loved ones. It is an interesting fact though that the majority of people actually celebrate New Year’s at home or in the home of their friends as guests. Such gatherings cannot go without delicious dishes and specialties decorated in the New Year’s spirit! Therefore, we invite you to try out New Year’s recipe for raw cookies and enjoy a healthy, tasty, fruity dessert which will enrich your sweet table!

Ingredients
– 1 pack raspberries ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 20 fresh dates
– 1 cup cocoa powder
– 2 cups roasted hazelnuts
– 10 tbsp. coconut oil
– 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
1. In a food processor, first chop the hazelnuts, then add all the remaining ingredients and combine until the mixture becomes compact.
2. Using the palms of your hands, form miniature balls and press them flat into a circular shape.
3. Keep raw raspberry cakes refrigerated until firm and decorate as desired.
