Raspberry and Homemade Granola Bowl

Ladies, have you made New Year’s resolutions which you are planning to implement as soon as you wake up on January morning? Many people start the year with a great desire to change something they care about, something they decided firmly. However, it often happens that this euphoria only lasts for a month or two and then simply abandons and returns to the previous routine. We make excuses such as “I could not stand the pressure”, “it just took up too much of my free time”, “it was difficult to follow”, “it was a stupid idea in the first place”, and the list goes on. Whether it is mastering a foreign language, learning to play the guitar, finding a way to quit smoking, spending more time with family, going to Church on Sundays, introducing breakfast before work in an everyday diet or eating healthier – our everyday quick lifestyle seems to affect our goals. And of course, whenever we do not accomplish our goals, we become unhappy which in turn affects or mental and physical wellbeing.

Check out our nutritious recipe for homemade granola which is prepared only once every 10 days! In a glass jar, it stays as fresh as the first day made and can serve as a daily meal for breakfast, a snack or even dinner. The combination of nuts and seeds is delicious and will supply your body with energy for the whole day, every day! With a splash of rice, soya or almond milk, you get a real, fantastic treat in no time!

Ingredients
– 50 g almonds
– 50 g hazelnuts
– 50 g cashews
– 30 g pumpkin seeds
– 180 g oat flakes
– 150 g rye flakes
– 40 g sunflower seeds
– 35 g flax seeds
– 40 g coconut flakes
– 4 tbsp. honey
– 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
– 40 ml water
– 1 spoon  vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions
1. Place all nuts in a food processor and chop into chunks.
2. Transfer them into a bowl and add remaining dry ingredients.
3. Combine wet ingredients and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well.
4. Place on baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in heated oven at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes, shifting gradually every 7-8 minutes.

– 30 g baby spinach ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 100 g raspberries ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 1/2 banana
– 1/2 avocado
– 200 g frozen strawberries
– 200 ml almond milk

Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender until mixture is smooth.
