Start training with our certified fitness instructor Janka Budimir, to bring your body shape to perfection for the upcoming summer months. Replace pasta with whole-wheat spaghetti, bread with rice cakes, sweets with healthy sweeteners and chips with nuts. Introduce light meals, forget heavy greasy and cheesy spreads, sauces and dips. Instead of mayonnaise, use low-fat sour cream, do not spread margarine on bread but hummus, and exclude bechamel sauce completely, instead use cold-pressed olive oil as a dressing.
