Tortillas, commonly known as Mexican flatbread, are very popular and widespread throughout the world due to their ease in preparation and serving. Soft flour tortillas can be readily filled with ingredients and sauce of choice. The filling can consist of raw or grilled vegetables, meat, rice or spices which you prefer. The end result can be spicy, mild or light – the choice is entirely up to you.

Ingredients
Meat
– 300g boneless and skinless chicken drumsticks
– 1 onion
– a pinch of thyme
– 50g butter
– some water
– salt and pepper (to taste)
Tzatziki sauce
– 100ml sour cream
– 2 tbsp. grated cucumber (no need to drain)
– 1 tbsp. lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp. dill
– 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
– salt and pepper (to taste)
Potato
– 200g of potatoes
– 3 cloves of garlic (or 1 tbsp. garlic powder)
– salt and pepper (to taste)
Base and filling
– 2 tortillas
– 1 avocado
– 2 handfulls baby mix salad ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 1 handfulls cherry tomatoes ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– Cheddar cheese and sesame seeds (as desired)
Directions
1. Chop meat into cubes and fry in a pan on a bit of oil until golden brown.
2. Add onion cut into strips, along with a few tablespoons of water.
3. Sautee shortly, add butter and season with thyme, salt and pepper.
4. Remove from heat and set aside.
5. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
6. Boil the potatoes, drain off water and fry in a pan with a drizzle of oil and minced garlic until crispy.
7. Remove from heat and set aside.
8. Heat tortillas in dry pan.
9. Spread sauce on each tortilla, add meat, chopped potatoes, cherry tomatoes, avocado and salad.
10. Sprinkle each burrito with cheese and sesame seeds as desired.
