Ingredients
– 2 handfuls of baby spinach ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 1 pomegranate
– 1 handful walnuts
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
– salt
Directions
1. Combine baby spinach, pomegranate and walnuts into a salad bowl.
2. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt separately in a glass.
3. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
