Mozzarella Sticks with Tomato and Rosemary Sauce

Preparation of large quantities of food is demanding, regardless whether quick canapes or traditional dishes are on the menu.

Check out these amazing mozzarella sticks with tomato and rosemary sauce and be sure to amaze your guests with the delicious aroma! Enjoy!

– 125 gr Mozzarella cheese
– 60 gr cream cheese
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 2 tsp. grated parmesan
– 100 gr flour
– 1 egg
– salt and pepper
– 1 pack cherry tomatoes ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 5 branches of rosemary ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– salt and pepper
– 5 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 branch chopped parsley ICEBERG SALAT CENTAR
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 20 gr butter
– 1 tsp. grated parmesan


Mozzarella sticks
1. Combine all ingredients and knead dough.
2. Using the palm of your hand, form the dough into sticks.
3. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Cover each stick with spread and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Tomato and rosemary sauce
1. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
2. Add a few cloves of garlic and a handful of rosemary.
3. Pour olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss.
4. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.
5. Blend ingredients in food processor until mixture is uniform.
